A specially formulated blend of paraffin oil to enhance the wetting, spreading and uptake of systemic Herbicides through waxy leaf surfaces; with other herbicides and agricultural chemicals to improve wetting and spreading; as an aid for modifying spray droplet quality and to preserve droplet survival.
