2026 Speed Field Days

North West Ag Services Competitions

1.  The Promoter

1.1       These competitions are conducted by North West Ag Services Pty Ltd. ABN 79 370 670 128, of 173 Curlewis Street, Swan Hill, Victoria 3585 ("NWAS").

1.2       These competitions are conducted at the 2026 Speed Field Days, 2574 Sunraysia Hwy, Speed VIC 3488.

2.  Games of skill

2.1       Each competition described in these Terms is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining any winner.

2.2       Every entry is judged on its individual merit against the criteria set out in clause 6. No prize is awarded by lot, ballot, random draw or any other method involving chance.

2.3       Where these Terms provide for a tie, the tie is resolved by a further assessment of skill and never by a random draw.

3.  Competition period

3.1       Entries open at 8:00 am on Wednesday 5 August 2026 and close at 5:00 pm on Thursday 6 August 2026 (the "competition period").

3.2       Entries submitted or attempted outside the competition period are not eligible.

4.  Who may enter

4.1       Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

4.2       The following persons are ineligible to enter:

(a)      directors, management, owners, employees and contractors of NWAS and of its associated companies, agencies and representatives;

(b)      the operators and staff of the golf simulator;

(c)       the insurer or underwriter of the hole in one prize, and its employees and agents; and

(d)      any person appointed as Judge under clause 7.

4.3       A spouse, de facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of any person described in clause 4.2 is also ineligible to enter.

4.4       NWAS may require an entrant to provide proof of identity, age and residency to its reasonable satisfaction before awarding any prize. NWAS may decline to award a prize where such proof is not provided.

5.  How to enter

5.1       Entry is free. Entrants are responsible only for their own internet or mobile data costs, if any.

5.2       To enter, a person must first register for a Golf Sim ID using the QR code or weblink supplied at the event.

5.3       Registration requires the entrant's name, contact details and confirmation that the entrant is aged 18 years or over.

5.4       One registration per person. Where NWAS reasonably determines that a person has registered more than once, all registrations by that person other than the first may be cancelled.

5.5       To be eligible for a prize, a registered entrant must:

(a)      take the shot or shots permitted during the golf simulator competitions described in clauses 6.1 and 6.3; and/or

(b)      submit an estimated weight via the weblink or in person before the close of the competition period, as described in clause 6.2.

5.6       NWAS takes no responsibility for, and is not obliged to accept, any entry that is lost, late, misplaced, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, destroyed, stolen, tampered with, illegible, misdirected or incorrectly completed. Any such entry is invalid.

6.  The competitions and how they are judged

6.1       Hole in One

(a)      Two separate hole in one competitions will be held, each of one hour's duration: one session on Wednesday 5 August 2026 and one session on Thursday 6 August 2026. The start time of each session will be displayed at the golf simulator. Shots taken outside a session are not eligible for a major prize.

(b)      Each registered entrant may play up to five rounds per session, and may take up to three shots in each round. A "round" means a single period of play at the simulator commenced under the entrant's Golf Sim ID. Clause 5.4 limits each person to one Golf Sim ID; it does not limit the number of rounds played under that ID. NWAS may limit the number of rounds available to each entrant in order to manage demand and queue length.

(c)       Each shot is played from the simulator tee to the designated hole. The rules displayed at the golf simulator — including the required distance, the club and ball used, and the method of verification — form part of these Terms.

(d)      The prize for a session is awarded to the first entrant in that session to hole the ball from the tee in a single shot, as verified by the Judge and by the simulator's recorded output.

(e)      If no entrant holes in one during a session, no major prize is awarded for that session.

(f)       Where two or more entrants hole in one during the same session, the prize for that session is awarded to the entrant whose successful shot bears the earlier time recorded by the simulator. The time recorded by the simulator is conclusive.

(g)      An entrant may win no more than one major prize across the two sessions.

6.2       Guess the Weight

(a)      Entrants submit a single estimate of the weight of the lamb displayed at the NWAS site via the weblink or in person before the close of the competition period. At the time of entry, each entrant must also answer the tie-break question shown on the entry form.

(b)      The winner is the entrant whose estimate is closest to the actual weight. The actual weight will be determined by weighing at Nullawil on 4 August, 2026, witnessed by the Judge appointed under clause 7.1(b).

(c)       One estimate per person. If more than one estimate is received from the same person, only the first is considered.

(d)      If two or more entrants submit estimates that are equally close to the actual weight, the Judge will assess the tie-break answers submitted by those entrants on their merit, and will award the prize to the entrant whose answer the Judge considers the most apt. The tie is not resolved by random draw.

6.3       Other competitions

(a)      NWAS may conduct further skill-based competitions during the event, being:

(i)      Nearest the Pin;

(ii)     Longest Drive; and

(iii)     Straightest Drive.

(b)      Each such competition is judged on skill against the criteria displayed at the point of entry, and clauses 4, 5 and 7 to 12 apply to it.

7.  Judging

7.1       NWAS has appointed:

(a)      Nick Dyson of Golf Anywhere as Judge for the golf simulator competitions described in clauses 6.1 and 6.3; and

(b)      Heath Pollington as Judge for the Guess the Weight competition described in clause 6.2.

7.2       A Judge will assess each entry on its merit against the criteria stated in these Terms and displayed at the point of entry, acting reasonably and in good faith.

7.3       Subject to clause 7.2, a Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.4       NWAS determines whether a person is an eligible entrant, acting reasonably.

8.  Prizes

8.1       The major prizes are 2 x $10,000 AUD, being one prize of $10,000 for each of the two hole in one sessions described in clause 6.1. The maximum total major prize pool is $20,000 AUD.

8.2       A minor prize is awarded for the Guess the Weight competition described in clause 6.2 and for each competition described in clause 6.3. The prize for each such competition, and its approximate retail value, will be displayed at the point of entry for that competition. No minor prize will exceed $1,000 in value.

8.3       Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and, other than a prize that is itself cash, are not redeemable for cash.

8.4       Cash prizes are paid by electronic funds transfer to an Australian bank account nominated by the winner, within 28 days after the winner is determined. Non-cash prizes are provided to the winner within 28 days after the winner is determined.

8.5       A winner will not incur any cost in accepting a prize, other than a trivial cost.

8.6       If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the reasonable control of NWAS, NWAS may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8.7       NWAS accepts no responsibility for any tax consequences arising from a prize. Winners should obtain independent financial advice.

9.  Notification and publication of winners

9.1       Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing by email within 3 business days of being determined, and in any event by 10 August 2026.

9.2       The name and locality of each winner will be published at shop.northwestag.com.au/speedfielddays2026 and on the NWAS social media channels, and will remain available for a period of not less than 28 days from 12 August 2026.

9.3       By entering, each entrant consents to the publication of their name and locality in accordance with clause 9.2 if they are a winner.

9.4       If a winner cannot be contacted despite NWAS making reasonable efforts to do so, and the prize remains unclaimed 3 months after the winner was determined, NWAS may award the prize to the next best entry as assessed on the same skill criteria, or the prize is forfeited.

10.  Privacy

10.1     By submitting an entry, each entrant consents to NWAS verifying the validity of the entrant's details.

10.2     Each entrant consents to their name and details being stored on a database maintained by NWAS for the purposes of conducting these competitions, updating customers on information relevant to the NWAS business, conducting customer surveys and market research, and conducting confidential systems maintenance and testing. This information may be shared with affiliated companies of NWAS and its service providers for those purposes.

10.3     NWAS will not use entrants' information for any purpose other than those stated in clause 10.2.

10.5     An entrant may request access to, or correction of, their personal information, or ask to be removed from NWAS marketing communications, by contacting info@northwestag.com.au

10.6     NWAS will retain records of entries, judging and prize distribution for not less than 3 years.

11.  Liability

11.1     Entrants participate at their own risk and must follow the directions of NWAS staff and of the golf simulator operators, and take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others.

11.2     To the extent permitted by law, NWAS and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss, expense, damage, personal injury, taxation issue or death suffered or sustained in connection, directly or indirectly, with these competitions or any prize.

11.3     Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by law which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability may be limited but not excluded, the liability of NWAS is limited to resupplying the relevant goods or services, or paying the cost of that resupply.

12.  General

12.1     If a competition is not capable of operating as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of NWAS — including equipment or technical failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, or cancellation or disruption of the event — NWAS may cancel, suspend or amend that competition, acting reasonably.

12.2     NWAS will not amend these Terms in a way that disadvantages an entrant who has already validly entered, except where required by law or where clause 12.1 applies.

12.3     These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

12.4     By entering, each entrant accepts these Terms.
